Downtown Clarksville is getting closer to debuting its brand new $102.5 Million multi-purpose event center. The project’s general contractor – Skanska, is coming down the final stretch of completing this 254,000 square-foot facility that will be operated by SS&E. Situated in the heart of Downtown Clarksville and a short walk to Austin Peay State University, the arena will have the capacity to hold approximately 4,500 to 5,500 visitors for concerts and basketball games. The new multi-purpose arena is located at 101 Main Street.

“Skanska is proud to deliver a transformative flagship arena for the City of Clarksville that will create exciting moments and memories within for decades to come. F&M Bank arena is also a catalyst for additional growth and opportunity for the surrounding area, including Riverview Square, a 4-acre mixed-use destination across the street that recently broke ground. We’re happy to continue our partnership with the county and play a part in the growth of Clarksville.”
— Chris Hopper, Executive Vice President, General Manager
