Chicago-based Convexity Properties (Convexity), has started the construction of 5 City Blvd, a 15-story, 300,000 SF Class A office tower within Nashville’s ONEC1TY mixed-use district. The start of construction is significant as it shows long-term belief in Nashville’s office market, according to the release. It is also the first Nashville project for the national developer. The project is located at 5 City Boulevard.

Convexity is reinforcing its commitment to sustainability by seeking LEED, WIRED Score and WELL certifications for the building. This underscores the walkability as well as the health and wellness focus of the ONEC1TY mixed-use district. Some of the building’s innovative technology design features include dedicated fiber optics, destination dispatch elevator systems, state of the art parking automation including EV charging stations and keyless entry solutions. The project also offers a mix of shared and private terraces with views of Downtown & Midtown Nashville.

5 City Blvd will include approximately 17,000 square feet of highly visible ground floor retail which will serve as an amenity to the building. Target retail tenants will include those offering goods and services that will directly benefit those working in the building and residents living and working nearby.
