Skyline Hospitality has submitted plans for a 275 key hotel across from River North in the East Bank. Plans reveal a 17-story dual branded Tempo and Homewood Suites located at the corner Spring & Cowan Streets. The address is 100 Spring Street.
The developer also proposed a 15-story, 195 Key dual branded Marriott hotel in 2019; however, they were not able to be reached for comment for the status. The site is in Nashville’s next big living, entertainment, and central business district along the Cumberland River. Once completed, it will be walking distance to River North, Station East, as well as the new Titans Stadium in the future East Bank. It is also the 4th hotel announcement for the East Bank.
A request for an Urban Design Overlay was recently submitted for the property which is currently zoned MUI-A (mixed-use) for the 0.87 acre site. The request was made by CSDG on behalf of the property owner. Here’s the quick rundown:

There are also 10 additional parking spaces on level 5.
The guest tower occupies levels 6-16 with a mix of standard guestrooms and suites. The rooftop has a pool deck amenity as well as outdoor seating areas and an enclosed bar. Site improvements includes new street trees, 10 feet sidewalk, and new curb cuts for access to the parking garage.
The project is slated for the 4/13/23 Metro Planning Agenda.
