Located in Metrocenter, Soundwater is situated along the Cumberland River with views of the rolling hills of North Nashville. MetroCenter is a park-like community located within Nashville’s urban core. The neighborhood home to the Titans practice fields, restaurants, as well as new apartment, office, and hotel development. The trail-oriented community will have direct access to the Cumberland River Greenways trail which gets you to Germantown and Downtown Nashville. The property is also located along the Route 9 WeGo Transit bus route.
