Moody Nolan Design offered additional context into the concept plans for Phase 1 of the Napier Sudekum Redevelopment. According to the architect, the first phase of the master redevelopment includes a five-story multifamily building and two-story townhomes. The leasing office of the first building will serve the first 3 phases of the larger redevelopment, totaling 450 to 500 homes.
Additionally, this first phases is one of 26 planned phases, which will eventually deliver approximately 4,400 homes. The renderings are courtesy of Moody Nolan.
