Designed by ESa, the new tower draws inspiration from the previously completed tower also by the same architect. The collegiate-Tudor style exterior will contain brick and stone elements found in surrounding campus architecture. The project has a combination of plazas, courtyards, and a comprehensive landscape plan throughout the facility. Exterior improvements will also create a more pedestrian friendly connection at the access road that intersects 15th Avenue S. Slide the images below for context on the building’s location.
