The previous basement level included a 2-story restaurant at the corner of Lea & 6th Avenue South; the remainder of the space consisted of back of house (BOH) functions. The updated plan maintains the restaurant in the same location, however, the BOH space is now a valet only parking area. There is also a stair and elevator lobby between the restaurant & parking area.

On the main level, the porte cochere (shown in the image above) switched direction to accommodate the ramp down to the valet parking area. The double height restaurant from the floor below has been capped and a second 2,000 SF restaurant space has been added. The previous hotel lobby included a small meeting room, lounge, and a few back of house spaces. The updated plan now has 1,034 SF of commercial space which is accessible from either Lea Ave or Lafayette Street, has a more centralized check-in area, and expands the BOH space.

The fitness center and 2-story pool on level 2 has been relocated to the upper floors. That area has been replaced with guest rooms and a new green roof on level 2. The open area for the pool on level 3 has been capped with guest rooms.

Level 6 is where the building steps back for the upper tower. The previous plan included guest rooms and a green roof on this level. The updated plan eliminates the guest rooms and is now an amenity level. The new plan shows 3,265 SF of meeting rooms. There are a total of 3 meeting rooms, the largest meeting room to the north faces Lea Ave and features a large window wall. The other two rooms to the east and south have access the terrace which overlooks Lafayette Street. The fitness center is located to the west of this level. The pool is also on the far west end of the building and replaced the previous green roof.
