Chicago-based Albion Residential announced it has closed on the property for Albion Music Row. The phased, two-tower residential development will feature more than 850 units above restaurants, retail, and a dedicated public plaza. This project also kicks off the redevelopment of the multi-parcel Beaman Automotive site which will transform acres of car lots into a new urban district in midtown. The project is located at 1503 McGavock Street.

“We are thrilled to close on this property, advancing our vision for Albion Music Row and bringing to life it’s more than 850 units and potential as an activated residential hub for Nashville’s next great urban neighborhood. With Albion in the Gulch having its first residents, we believe the market now understands what separates our properties when it comes to luxury, design and amenities. We’re excited to continue to work in Nashville with Albion Music Row.”
Andrew Yule, Vice President of Development at Albion Residential.
