Bosa Properties Inc.(“BPI”), an integrated Canadian real estate company with 35 years experience, unveiled the new brand name for its growing U.S. subsidiary, IPB Properties (“IPB”), also known under its temporary name “CCB Properties”. The name is inspired by the company’s unique approach to imagine, plan, and build extraordinary spaces and creates a distinctive mark for the emerging business. IPB is in pre-development on its first project in Nashville; a three-tower mixed-use development at the intersection of Church Street and 15th Avenue. This is also the second project under the IPB brand which developed and manages the luxury high-rise REN Seattle.
“We’re thrilled to officially put down roots in the great city of Nashville,” said David McCutcheon, Vice- President and Head of IPB Properties. “Using a local lens is a core part of how we do business. From the moment we first visited this market, we knew it was special and brimming with opportunity. It’s been such an enriching experience getting to know the community, forging relationships with local partners and working together to create solutions that will enable the city and its people to thrive.”

Along with its local partners, IPB is working towards a vision to transform Midtown Nashville through a locally inspired, vibrant community built on distinctive rental homes and energetic commercial spaces. The project will be built in two phases, the first of which includes a residential tower with an anticipated 444 rental homes, 34,000 sq feet of amenities including a coworking space, outdoor pool deck, fitness and wellness space, dog wash and media room, and 13,500 sq feet of leasable commercial space. Local contractor JE Dunn has already cleared the site and will kick-off the construction of Phase 1.
IPB will continue to create vibrant community hubs made of unique rental homes and curated commercial spaces in high-growth U.S. cities with shifting demographics. IPB will share a bench of expert talent from BPI delivering end-to-end human-centered property development and management services and partner with a leading team of local experts, including HASTINGS Architecture. IPB will be the only operator for the company in the United States.
