Developers West Harpeth Partners and Daniel Communities have announced that site development work has begun for Cotswold-inspired estates at Wyelea (pronounced WHY-lee) in Franklin. Located 20 miles from Downtown Nashville, the site preparations will make way for the 68 carefully crafted homesites nestled within 600-acres along the West Harpeth River.

West Harpeth Partners is led by Franklin native, Trevor Cross, a veteran of directing highly- amenitized master planned communities, Jamie Pfeffer, founding partner of Pfeffer Torode Architecture, and Nashville investor and developer, Ryan Moses. Adenus Solutions Group has begun work on the wastewater system while Tudor Building Group will lead overall project grading and infrastructure efforts.

In addition to serving as co-developer, Daniel Communities will manage the club and amenities at Wyelea. The firm is known for high-profile projects such as Reynolds Lake Oconee outside of Atlanta, and High Hampton in Cashiers, North Carolina.
