Pullman Gulch Union, Endeavor Real Estate Group’s latest landmark project in Nashville, has now secured over $70 million in sales volume representing 100 contracts. According to the release, Pullman Gulch Union is outpacing the current Nashville high-rise condo resale market, averaging 15 contracts per month year-to-date (YTD), with the balance of the entire high-rise condo market averaging 11 closings per month YTD, according to Realtracs Multiple Listing Service. This marks a successful presale effort as closings are set to begin in July. The developer announced the conversion of its Pullman Gulch (Pullman) tower to condos in 2023. The project is located at 1212 Demonbreun Street in Downtown, Nashville.

“The accelerated sales pace at Pullman can be attributed to the development’s highly desirable central location in the Gulch, its incredible array of amenities including a 29th floor rooftop pool with spectacular views of the city, as well as a thoughtful floorplan mix at some of the most competitive price points seen in the Gulch in many years.”
Sydney McCann, Broker with Parks | Compass.
Amenities at Pullman include a controlled access parking, pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor lounge spaces with fire pit and outdoor kitchen spaces, co-working space, a fitness center, a covered and controlled access dog relief area, a lobby level retail coffee and snack bar owned by the Homeowners Association, and a rooftop pool overlooking the city.

“We are thrilled by the overwhelmingly positive reception that Pullman Gulch Union has received,” said Jamil Alam, Managing Principal at Endeavor Real Estate Group, the developer behind the Gulch Union master development. “The project is clearly delivering the layouts, amenities, views, location and lifestyle that current and incoming Nashville residents want right now.”

Pullman offers one, two, and three-bedroom condos as well as several penthouse offerings. The first move-ins are expected to begin in July. Parks | Compass is handling the sales and marketing and has furnished models and a sales gallery on site where they offer hard-hat tours to prospective purchasers. Prices for the residences range from the mid-$400s to over $3m.
