Located across from the Mall at GreenHills, 2121 Crestmoor is an upcoming luxury mixed-use residential project set in the heart of Green Hills. Developed in partnership between Material Ventures and Stiles, the upcoming project will become the closest new development to Nashville’s upscale Mall and surround. The Mall is also undergoing a Major transformation starting this year. The project replaces the former 2-story office building at 2121 Crestmoor Road in West Nashville.

2121 Crestmoor will offer a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom floor plans ranging from 750 to 2,220 square feet. The apartments are designed to mirror the feel of a single-family home and promises spacious floor plans with a focus on private outdoor living areas, natural light, and custom home interior finishes. There is a total of 98 residences and 195 parking spaces.

There is also nearly 10,000 sf of ground-floor retail bringing new pedestrian activation to Crestmoor Street. Brokered by Ojas, 6,155 sf has been leased for an upscale restaurant, and 1,524 SF for a health food concept.
