The US Department of Transportation announced that Denver Air Connection has been selected as the Essential Air Service provider for Jackson’s McKellar-Sipes Regional Airport (MKL). The major announcement will offer reliable service by connecting Jackson and the West Tennessee region to Atlanta International Airport (ATL), the busiest airport in the US. This new ATL connection creates access to the comprehensive route network of other major carriers. Jackson is located about 1.5 hours West of Nashville with talks of future connections from The Hub City to Music City.
