The new luxury market-rate apartments are located just 5 minutes from downtown at 700 Hamilton Avenue.

With a diverse selection of floorplans, potential renters can choose from sleek studios up to three bedrooms. There are also four-bedroom shared space residences with curated personal bedrooms.
Additionally, the building set aside specific units to accommodate those seeking short-term stays. Those units are fully furnished with access to the building’s premium amenities. Together, Westerly House combines aspects of a boutique hotel and traditional apartments for a round out its living experience. Hardaway Construction was the contractor.
