Developer Giarratana has made history with his recent tower Alcove, by becoming the first building in Nashville to win the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Award of Excellence for Best Tall Building in the 100-199 meter category. The 34-story tower has 356 apartments within a distinctive, “stacked block” design by architect Goettsch Partners. The 418-foot tall tower topped with ‘Club Alcove’ features the city’s tallest rooftop, stainless steel pool and the company’s first-ever clear, acrylic pool cantilevered over 400 feet above the sidewalk below. Alcove is located in Downtown Nashville at 900 Church Street.
