Nashville-based GBT Realty Corporation, unveiled the vision for one of its River North properties, Parcel F. The developer emphasized that Parcel F will be a transformative, centerpiece redevelopment of Nashville’s East Bank. The conceptual rendering shows a multi-tower structure, however, the height, capacity, and number of floors have not yet been finalized. The site is located on the roundabout across from the upcoming World Headquarters for Oracle, Phase 1 of River North by developer MRP Realty, and the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River to Germantown.

“The proposed structure will have unmatched 360-degree views of the more than $2 billion future domed stadium for the Tennessee Titans, as well as the downtown skyline, Germantown, East Nashville, and Oracle’s World Headquarters campus,” said George Tomlin, Founder, President, CEO, and Chairman of GBT Realty. “We’re excited to share this initial look at what is to come.”

GBT purchased the 2.03-acre Parcel F and the 1.5-acre Parcel G in River North in late 2021. It intends to move forward with Parcel F before beginning phase two of its development plans with Parcel G. The conceptual rendering was created by Gresham Smith, who sought to anchor GBT’s development plans with a stunning design and a variety of uses. Proposed uses include street-level retail, co-working space, a hotel, and residential units adding to the nearly complete phase 1 of River North across the street.
Leveraging its knowledge of its home market, GBT has a number of high-profile urban projects including the MidCity Nashville development at the former Beaman site, as well as The Sinclair, also in Midtown Nashville.
