Belly Acres, a Memphis-based fast-casual restaurant known for its farm-to-table menu and vibrant decor, is planning to open its next location in Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood. The restaurant is set to move into the former Fat Kat Slim’s site at the corner of 8th Avenue South and Division Street.  The address is 780 8th Avenue South.

Specializing in gourmet burgers, fresh salads, and comfort food made with locally sourced ingredients, Belly Acres has built a reputation for its colorful, farm-inspired atmosphere. The new Nashville location will carry forward the brand’s commitment to sustainable dining while introducing unique design elements tailored to the Gulch site.

Designed by Memphis-based architecture firm Archimania, the primary 2-story structure will essentially remain intact; however, the facade will be wrapped with plate-steel planters which will also double as railing for new outdoor seating areas. There is also a new game yard facing 8th Avenue.
