    Greystar and Chattanooga-based CBL Properties (CBL), the Owner of Cool Springs Galleria have officially broke ground on the Residences At Cool Springs Galleria.  The new residential mixed-use development is situated on 5.35 acres in the mall’s west parking lot near Mallory Lane and Bakers Bridge Ave.  The event was attended by elected officials from Williamson County and Franklin as they gathered to celebrate the creation of 361 new apartment homes to the area.  Cool Springs Galleria is located at 1800 Galleria Blvd; slide the images below for context.
