Plans for a long-stalled hotel have been submitted for a former office building site at the corner of 4th & Union in Printers Alley. Union Holdings, LLC has reached the final planning stages for the site; as it looks to transform the existing 4-story exposed concrete structure into a 10-story hotel. The building is situated between historic structures with air rights granted on the 4th Avenue side from the previous owner; allowing for additional windows on the side of the building.
