Land Innovations, the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce, the City of Decatur, and the surrounding Community celebrated the groundbreaking of South Brook. The milestone marks the official start of construction on one of Decatur’s most anticipated mixed-use developments. The Groundbreaking ceremony took place at the former Decatur Country Club property; located approximately 30 minutes from Downtown Huntsville and 2 hours South of Downtown Nashville at 2401 Country Club Road SE Decatur.
