MarketStreet Enterprises announced its initial collection of ground-floor retailers at 445 Park Commons, the recently opened mixed-use project at the Nashville Fairgrounds. The new stadium-oriented development is situated alongside GEODIS Park, the home of Nashville SC at 445 Benton Avenue.

Scout’s Barbershop, is a locally-owned Nashville staple committed to providing excellent haircuts and a refreshingly personalized and laid-back experience at affordable prices. Founded in 2013 with quality, hospitality, and convenience in mind, Scout’s serves as a walk-in, neighborhood shop at eight locations throughout Middle and East Tennessee.

Nashville-based Barista Parlor is led by Andy Mumma and has become synonymous with great coffee and a creative and welcoming atmosphere in Nashville. This is its seventh location in the Nashville market.
