Vastland Communities, the homebuilding arm of Vastland Company, has completed the first townhome building at its newest community, Tulip Springs. The for-sale townhome community is located in the growing Hermitage neighborhood, which has a fully furnished model home, and are now available starting in the high $300,000s. The community is located 20 minutes from Downtown Nashville at 531 Tulips Springs Rd.

The Walnut floorplan begins in the high 300’s, and Tulip Springs will offer an additional floorplan, Lincoln, in future construction. Lincoln includes 1,382 Sq Ft of open living space, with two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one half bathroom, and one full garage.
