The U-Shaped tower features 389 units with underground parking. The ground floor is anchored with more than 10,000 SF of retail facing both John Lewis Way and Lea Avenue. The upper two floors (18 & 19) include larger penthouse units that feature luxury elements and views of downtown Nashville; while the other units offer more traditional-sized apartment spaces. There is also a public pocket park to engage the surrounding community with green space, seating areas, and the primary access point to the building lobby. Access to the parking garage is from the public alley.

Designed by ESa, the architect describes the design as, “Inspired by a study of solids and voids”. The design of the facade carves space out of the structure providing landscaping and unique seating which acts as an amenity. The rooftop lookout also provides views of downtown while offering shade for the adjacent pool area.

The project is slated for the 4/10/2025 Metro Planning Commission Agenda.
