Pullman At Gulch Union is a recently completed condominium tower in Downtown Nashville. Developed by Endeavor Real Estate Group, the 28-story tower is the second of 3 planned towers by the developer, which will encompass the entire block. The third tower is in the planning stages, according to the developer’s website, and is currently slated to become high-end residential and hotel rising 32-stories.
Pullman At Gulch Union is centrally located at 1212 Demonbreun Street and is walking distance to Upper & Lower Broadway, Music Row, EdgeHill, Midtown, and scores of existing, new, and upcoming retail and restaurant destinations.
