Plans for a new 3-story Porsche showroom and service center have reached the final planning stages in Nashville. The new dealership will be located next to the recently completed Audi showroom as the site takes up less than an acre of land. The project will have visibility from the interstate and is located at the corner of Lindsley Avenue and University Street in Downtown Nashville. The address is 25 Lindsley Avenue.

A request has been submitted for final site plan approval for the property which is zoned DTC and within the Rutledge Hill Redevelopment District. Once approved, the request will permit the automobile dealership on the 0.51 acre site. The request was made by Kimley-Horn on behalf of the property owner.
The first floor features the showroom, offices and operation space, and the genuine parts & boutique area. There is a service entrance on University Street with access to the service levels above using the vehicle/freight elevator bank at the rear of the property. The 2nd level includes multiple service bays including alignment, detail, and electric service bays. This level also includes break rooms and viewing areas. Level 3 primarily consists of parking with access via the vehicle elevator lift.
