Plans have surfaced for a planned development on West Trinity Lane named Dewfall-Trinity. The project consists of 64 townhomes located across from Hayne’s Middle School and the North Lights development. It is bounded by Monticello Street and Old Matthew’s Road at 503 West Trinity lane.

Shown for context only.
Dewfall Trinity was rezoned to SP zoning back in July 2021 and planned in two phases. The plans didn’t note whether the homes would be rental or for sale, however, the zoning does not allow for Short-term rentals (STRs). There are two private drives for access onto the site; there is a connection on Monticello Street and a connection/continuation of Woodridge Drive. The project also joins a list of ongoing and planned development projects as well as land transactions along West Trinity Lane.

A request has been submitted for final site plan approval for the property which is zoned SP and located within the Bordeaux/Whites Creek community plan. Once approved, the request will permit the 64 multi-family residential units on the 4.96 acres site. The request was submitted by Dewfall Development. The project is scheduled for the 9/11/2025 Metro Planning Commission Agenda.
