Pinnacle Hospitality Partners is looking to bring a new hotel to a “sliver” of land in Downtown Nashville. Hotel Sliver will occupy the parking lot between 3rd & 4th avenues. Once completed, the hotel will complete the city block and join two other hotel structures and 4 other brands. The property is located along Peabody Street at 422 Rep John Lewis Way.

Shown for context only.
Designed by Studio A, the conceptual plans currently show a 15-story structure with 281-keys and no parking on site. Spatial diagrams indicate a lounge area that will anchor the ground floor, meeting spaces on level 2, and guest rooms on levels 3-14. Level 14 will house some hotel amenities with a restaurant proposed on the rooftop. The project also adds to the list of 6,000+hotel rooms in the Downtown Nashville pipeline.

The developer is seeking various modifications for the property to permit the proposed building. The project will require approval from both MDHA and The Metro Planning Commission. It is scheduled for the October 7th MDHA Design Review Committee Meeting. For more on upcoming hotel projects click the banner above the sponsorship grid.
