Albion Residential has topped out at its upcoming 29-story tower Albion Music Row. Clark Construction continues work on the building facade and fitting-out the interior as the new apartment tower is taking shape. The project marks the 1st of many in the evolution of the midtown Gateway from sprawling car dealerships; to creating a new place to live, work, and play within the Nashville urban core. The project is located at 1501 McGavock Street.

Designed by HPA, Albion Music Row is a two-phase development that will feature nearly 800 luxury apartments. The first phase includes the 29-story high-rise with 458 apartments. Resident amenities include a resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, resident lounge, co-working spaces, and a dedicated music room.
Public amenities include an urban park designed for public performances as well as a recording studio. The project also has 4,430 SF of ground floor retail.
