Developers Southwest Value Partners and AEG celebrated the opening of The Ascension Saint Thomas Landing at Nashville Yards (The Landing). Spanning from the Pinnacle Tower to Broadway, the new park includes a dog park, tiered amphitheater, pop up retail, food and beverage containers, two fire pits, urban farming, walkable landscape paths, and large open spaces. The new linear park is located in the center of Downtown and is capable of hosting concerts, movies, farmers and artisan markets, fitness classes, and both public and private events.
The ribbon cutting was attended by the project team, Ascension Saint Thomas, Nashville Mayor Freddie O’ Connell, along with other local officials and stakeholders. The park is open from 6am to 11pm and uses state-of-the-art 24/7 centralized campus-wide security and video recording.
The Ascension Saint Thomas Landing integrates the shared goals of Ascension Saint Thomas and Nashville Yards to promote wellbeing across the broader Nashville Yards campus.Â

There is a total of five retail containers, including three containers offering rotating food and beverage options that will start in November. In partnership with Greener Roots Farm, there is an urban (hydroponic) farm producing zero-emission lettuce. The farming container can produce 3,000 heads of lettuce per month and will be used by Nashville Yards restaurants and some corporate tenants.
