The interiors are being designed by Meyer Davis, a globally recognized firm with deep Nashville roots; and will thoughtfully blend worldly sensibilities with the timeless heritage of the surrounding Belle Meade community. According to the developer, the project’s name nods back to the 1930s, when Nashville was internationally recognized as “Iris City,” largely through the efforts of a group of notable Nashvillians cultivating award-winning irises in Belle Meade.

An allée of trees lining 1 Iris Lane will lead residents and guests to a secure entry where they are greeted by 24-hour valet and doorman services.
