Ray Nashville is a 32 story high-design, art-focused apartment tower at the gateway of the PieTown neighborhood Downtown. The project is situated between the Gulch & Broadway, putting it steps away from the central business and entertainment districts. Co-developers Ray and Vela broke ground in the Fall of 2024 with plans to open in 2027.
