As Pre-construction Manager for the Nashville Business Unit and a member of its Leadership Team, Stephanie Wigger has become a respected voice in the region’s construction community. A graduate of Vanderbilt University’s Engineering Science program, Stephanie began her career at DPR in Pre-construction but transitioned into Field Operations and Safety to build a deeper understanding of project execution before transitioning back into Pre-construction role. A transition that DPR Leadership believes brings a breadth of experience which serves her, and her customers, well.
“Stephanie is a dynamic leader and a fantastic partner within our local leadership team, an unwavering advocate for integrity, and a relentless champion of our clients’ priorities,” says Brent Bunting, business unit leader for DPR’s Nashville office.

With more than 15 years’ experience in Nashville’s commercial construction industry, Stephanie has been key in shaping the city’s skyline. One of the projects she is most proud to contribute to is the Vanderbilt University Kirkland Hall, a full-circle moment that reconnects her to her alma mater. She takes great pride in driving through Nashville with her family, pointing out the buildings and spaces she helped bring to life, tangible reminders of her impact on the city’s growth and community.
Stephanie is especially energized by the positive transformation of the construction industry, including the growing presence of women in leadership and decision-making roles. She values seeing diverse perspectives represented in critical project meetings. Equally exciting to her is the industry’s embrace of innovative technologies, from prefabrication and Dusty Robotics layout tools to advanced modeling and coordination, now the standard across major projects.

Through her leadership, technical expertise and passion for progress, Stephanie continues to champion both excellence and inclusion within Nashville’s thriving construction landscape.
