Pause Studio, a state-of-the-art wellness destination offering modern, science-backed recovery and restoration treatments, is now open at oneC1TY in West Nashville. In addition to these core services, the West Nashville location will feature a new Aescape massage table, a service that uses robotic arms and 3D body scanning to deliver a fully customized full-body massage session. Guests adjust pressure and focus areas via an interactive touchscreen, creating a private, consistent, and on-demand alternative to traditional massage – fully aligned with Pause’s mission to make transformational wellness more accessible.
