Developer IPB Properties is making significant progress at The Motley, an upcoming 26-story mixed use tower. Phase one features a 26-story residential tower above 15,000+ SF restaurant and retail space. The multi-phased development is permitted for a mix of both multifamily and hotel rooms.
Designed by Hastings, the project façade takes design inspiration from the former dairy plant which once occupied the site. The design efforts will result in an experience unique only to this site which sits prominently at the Gateway to Midtown. The property is also walking distance to Nashville Yards, The Gulch & Lower Broadway.

Axiom Builders started site excavation earlier this year, as the below-grade structure will soon reach the street level. The 26-story tower is anticipated to deliver in 2027. Here is a look at construction progress as of November 2025.
