Attainable housing Developer, Middleburg Communities has submitted final plans for Mosby Riverside, a new 439-unit development along Clarksville Pike. The 6-building property is bordered by Ted Rhodes Golf Course, the Cumberland River Greenway and about 5 minutes to Downtown Nashville. The project has a reference address of 0 Clarksville Pike.

The project received preliminary SP Zoning approval in September of 2023 for a max of 590 apartments across four, 4-story buildings. The final plan proposes a total of 439 apartments across six 4-story buildings as well as a new development team. A request has been submitted for final site plan approval for the site. Once approved, the request will permit the 439 multi-family residential units, on the 14.25 acres site. The request was made by Catalyst Design Group on behalf of the property owner. The new layout of the site is more pedestrian friendly with a more intentional sidewalk grid around the buildings and the 634-car surface parking lot. Overall, the main entrance onto the property is from Clarksville Pike, the clubhouse and pool deck are situated along the Cumberland River in Building 1, there is a dog park adjacent to Building 3, and a paseo between Buildings 4&5 from Main Street.

Building 6 fronts Clarksville Pike, offering some level of activation and a point of distinction between a suburban subdivision and an urban development. The architecture is also updated, providing character more aligned with recent MetroCenter projects.
