The development team behind The Lanes, Nashville’s first wellness-focused for-sale community, has unveiled its new multifamily concept in Wedgewood Houston DELUX WeHo. Situated along 4th Ave, DELUX WeHo is a 134-unit boutique apartment community defined by wellness-driven urban living in one of the city’s fastest-growing corridors. The property is located at 1300 4th Avenue South.

The project is led by partners Ed Tinsley of Tinsley Company, Eric Russell of Big Plan Holdings, and Jared Bradley of Bradley Development Group, who have become known for meticulously designed and curated communities built around modern wellness principles and approaches.
“Our approach centers on making wellness effortless by integrating it into the everyday experience of home,” said Ed Tinsley. “Like The Lanes, every element within DELUX WeHo is designed to support how people live, recharge, and connect.”
The community aims to introduce a more intentional approach to apartment living – prioritizing wellness, natural light, and livability over scale. Designed to maximize light, interiors emphasize openness, flexibility, and a sense of calm, aligning with the evolving expectations of today’s urban renter.

Residences range from approximately 500 to 1,500 square feet, with layouts spanning studios to three-bedroom homes. It also offers loft-style floor plans that create natural separation between living and private spaces. Each residence features oversized windows to enhance natural light paired with private balconies.
Amenities at DELUX WeHo are designed to support daily wellness and recovery, featuring a saltwater pool, two red light saunas, a cold plunge, dedicated recovery studio, and a Technogym fitness center. The community also includes 5,000 square feet of street-level retail, fostering a seamless connection between residents and the surrounding neighborhood.

Located within two blocks of Central Wedgewood Houston, DELUX WeHo is steps away from some of the area most notable destinations—including Soho House Nashville, Michelin-starred Bastion, Hermès Nashville, and Pastis.
Like the The Lanes, Bradley served as the project’s architect. With construction by Certified Construction Services nearing completion, prospective residents can learn more about floor plans, availability, and pricing by checking out the website (here).
