JLL announced Village Green, a 90,473-square-foot, Publix-anchored shopping center in Nolensville, Tennessee, is fully leased. The latest retail additions at the recently opened center include Verizon, the national wireless provider, The Amish House, a handcrafted Amish furniture store, and Tipsy Cow, a wine and spirits shop. JLL Managing Director William Shell led leasing efforts on behalf of Watkins Real Estate Group (Watkins). Located at 7344 Nolensville Road, Village Green opened in October 2025 and is designed to serve one of Middle Tennessee’s fastest-growing communities with convenient access to shopping, dining and essential services.

“Reaching 100% leased at Village Green is a meaningful milestone that speaks to the strength of both the Nolensville market and the center’s accessibility,” said JLL’s Shell. “Retailers continue to prioritize well-located, grocery-anchored centers that deliver consistent traffic and meet daily consumer needs. Village Green offers a highly curated mix of national brands and local concepts, and the additions of Verizon, The Amish House and Tipsy Cow further enhance the center’s ability to serve the community.”

The new retail tenants join a dynamic lineup of national and new-to-market retailers, including Chase Bank, Tropical Smoothie Café, Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, Great Clips, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Chipotle, First Watch, Hand & Stone Massage, Club Pilates, Heartland Dental, Jersey Mike’s, Abbott’s Frozen Custard and Physicians Urgent Care.
“Village Green was thoughtfully designed to create a vibrant shopping and dining experience that reflects the character and growth of Nolensville,” said Robbie Swan, vice president of development at Watkins Real Estate Group. “With strong daily traffic and a highly engaged customer base, the center is poised to become a true gathering place where daily needs and community life blend together.”

Developed by Watkins, which has delivered more than 50 Publix-anchored centers across the Southeast since 1980, Village Green fills a critical need for high-quality neighborhood retail in Nolensville. Village Green was recently named commercial development of the year by CoStar for seamlessly blending retail into the surrounding community while delivering walkability and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces.
