Elmington will now operate under a new name, Bedrock.  The company will continue operating with the same leadership, teams, and, “people-first approach that have defined its reputation and growth throughout the industry”.   Here in Nashville, the new name comes as Bedrock will break ground on the 1st 100% affordable multi-family development in the East Point District of the Nashville East Bank later this week.

The transition to Bedrock marks an important evolution for the organization and reflects the strength of what the company has built through years of partnership, operational excellence, and people-first leadership.

Moore Continues, “While our name is changing, our commitment to our clients, residents, and communities remains exactly the same.”

The company’s leadership emphasized that the rebrand is about better aligning the company’s identity with the role it already plays for its partners and communities.

Bedrock manages more than 30,000 apartment homes across 200+ communities in 27 states and has earned recognition for its operational performance, resident experience, and commitment to long-term partnership. Earlier this year, the organization was ranked No. 41 on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) Top 50 Managers list, marking its third consecutive year receiving the recognition.

“At the center of this company has always been our people,” Moore added. “This new name only means something because of the team behind it and the relationships we’ve built together over time.”

The new name reflects the company’s role as a steady, dependable foundation for the communities, clients, and residents it serves across the country according to the release.
