Alcova Capital (Alcova), a New York City-based real estate investment firm, unveiled Fulton Residences Germantown (Fulton Residences), a rare condominium ownership opportunity in Nashville’s historic Germantown neighborhood. To support Fulton Residences’ next phase of delivery, local firm Certified Construction Services has taken over construction and will complete the project, with ongoing Owner’s Representation from Matt Laitinen of Place Development. The team is expecting the first residences to deliver in late fall 2026 for property which is located at 1221 2nd Avenue N.
