Infinity Hospitality, a locally owned Nashville company that has managed and preserved historic venues for more than 20 years, has acquired three heralded Nashville event venues, Saint Elle, Cordelle, and Estelle. They join Infinity’s existing family of historic venues, which include The Bridge Building, The Bell Tower, The Estate at Cherokee Dock, and Saddle Woods Farm.
Infinity Hospitality acquired Saint Elle, Cordelle, and Estelle from their previous operators, Nealy Glenn and Chandra and Leigh Watson. All three spaces are versatile venues that frequently host weddings, corporate events, and other parties and special engagements.
Beaver continued, “Without question, each of these three properties is a stunning and distinct event venue, and they have all been lovingly stewarded by their previous owners and staff. We’re honored to expand on the legacy of these venues for generations to come.”
Cordelle is located in a historic Victorian home in downtown Nashville, less than a mile from Broadway and Music City Center. It features a large, private green space, covered porch, furnished loft, and distinctive interiors.
Estelle is an event space in East Nashville, just one mile from downtown. The main space consists of a historic log cabin from 1807 that’s surrounded by a Victorian home from 1826, creating a unique architectural backdrop with versatile indoor and outdoor spaces.
Saint Elle, in the popular Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, features 8,000 square feet of versatile venue space, blending historic architecture and modern elegance. Amenities include on-site parking, expansive catering kitchen, private suites, and an event-production office, making it perfect for large gatherings.

A $2 million upgrade is currently underway at The Estate at Cherokee Dock, including a new glass conservatory, and a $2.4 million upgrade has recently been completed at Saddle Woods Farm.
