Nashville-based SouthernLand Company, announced its highly anticipated first full-service restaurant, LupoNotte, will open on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at GreenHills. Lupo Notte will offer upscale Italian favorites featuring house-made pasta, pizzas, daily specials, and entrees incorporating locally sourced ingredients, all in a stunningly designed space with natural light and refined contemporary decor. The restaurant is located at the Vertis GreenHills development at 2035 Richard Jones Road.

Guests at Lupo Notte can expect to enjoy shareable plates such as wagyu beef carpaccio and signature Lupo meatballs, alongside entrees featuring fresh seafood, creative house-made pasta dishes, and 12-inch pizzas prepared in a state-of-the-art, three-deck oven designed to maintain optimal temperature, yielding crisp pies.
Lupo Notte’s beverage program will feature seasonally driven craft cocktails and an expertly curated selection of wines, with a strong representation of Italian varietals selected to complement the menu.

The HASTINGS designed restaurant spans nearly 3,100 square feet, with seating for approximately 110 guests indoors, plus an additional 20 seats across the restaurant’s two outdoor patios. The intricately designed space connects diners to the kitchen with an open kitchen and full-service bar, creating an atmosphere equally suited for casual gatherings, celebratory dinners, and everything in between.
Lupo Notte marks Southern Land Company’s first full-service restaurant and represents a strategic evolution of the company’s long-standing commitment to placemaking and hospitality.
