Albion Residential celebrated the completion of primary construction months ahead of schedule and is Now Leasing at Albion Music Row. The 29-story, 350 ft tower features 458 apartment residences with amenities, upcoming retail, and artists installations. The new tower replaces the one of former Beaman auto dealership properties in Midtown. Albion Music Row is now fully open and within walking distance to all that Midtown and Downtown Nashville has to offer. The property is located at 1501 McGavock Street.

The construction of the tower was led by Clark Construction, who began vertical construction in December of 2024. Originally expected to deliver later in the fall of this year, Albion Music Row, began move-ins in the spring before full completion in July.

Yule Continued, “From the beginning, our vision was to create a best-in-class residential experience in one of the city’s most desirable and strategic locations near Vanderbilt, Music Row, and Nashville’s healthcare district to deliver a truly walkable lifestyle. As one of the only newly constructed residential high-rises opening in Nashville’s urban core for the rest of the year, we believe it establishes a new benchmark for luxury apartment living in Music City.”
Albion Music Row offers mix of studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments in a number of different floor plans which feature floor-to-ceiling windows. Select units feature large wrap around terraces expanding the opportunities to experience the city.
Albion Music Row also features a spacious outdoor plaza with performance lawn, a resort-style rooftop pool, indoor and outdoor fitness facility, plus a podcasting studio, and coworking and social spaces. The community has 4,000 sf of ground floor restaurant space and availability for a permanent vendor on the outdoor plaza; both spots are in advanced negotiations with tenants and announcements expected soon.
