There are plans to bring a new mixed-use development to Sidco Drive near the Harding Place ramp onto interstate 65. Sidco Commons (the name shown on renderings) will create new apartments, some of which are set aside as affordable, a new hotel, and ground floor retail. The development will replace the La Quinta Inn and the Bedford events venue currently on the site. The Cracker Barrel and Waffle House are shown to remain. The collection of properties is located 10 minutes to Downtown Nashville, 15 minutes to Nissan Stadium, and has a reference address of 4311 Sidco Drive. Slide the images below for context.
