“As we prepare to pour Level 5, we’re excited to share the latest penthouse renderings,” said Mack McClung. “These residences capture the unique combination of true ownership, design excellence, and effortless hospitality that has never existed in Nashville.”
Developed by Vastland founder and CEO Mack McClung, VOCE brands the project as “Homeownership Powered by Hospitality.” The building features 287 thoughtfully designed studio, one-, two-, three-bedroom, as well as seven penthouse residences. Future Owners may live full-time, use a residence as a second home or pied-à-terre, or join VOCE’s fully managed hospitality program. Residences are designed and furnished by RH (Restoration Hardware). When participating in the program, VOCE handles reservations, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance, allowing owners to generate revenue with no day-to-day management.

The newly released penthouse renderings highlight refined luxury living high above the city. The residences feature expansive floor-to-ceiling glass, soaring ceiling heights, exclusive direct elevator access, and panoramic views of the downtown and Midtown skyline. Among the seven luxury penthouses in the tower, these residences represent the most elevated ownership experience available at VOCE, combining privacy, design, and the flexibility of the hospitality program.

Additional indoor and outdoor amenities total roughly 45,000 square feet and include a 25th-level rooftop pool with private cabanas and food-and-beverage service, signature rooftop dining, a full health and wellness center with spa and fitness facilities, a speakeasy lounge, sport and cinema lounge, and concierge service. The development also includes approximately 60,000 square feet of creative office space with hospitality access.

The design team for the project include The Preston Partnership (architectural design), ID & Design International (IDDI), Civil Site Design Group (civil engineer), and HDLA (landscape architect). The release comes as BL Harbert (General Contractor) prepares to pour Level 5, marking continued strong progress on vertical construction and keeping the development on track for its targeted fall 2027 delivery.
