SomeraRoad broke ground this week on its first tower named PRIMA, located within its mixed-use district Paseo South Gulch. SomeraRoad is a real estate investment and development firm based in New York and is now headquartered in Nashville. The development is located at the intersection of 8th Avenue South & Fogg Street.

Prima will offer a mix of multifamily residences, Class A office space, as well as retail. Once the Tower is complete it will complement and connect with the recently completed adaptive reuse of the Antiques Mall and Vorhees Buildings. Paseo, a name which speaks to the district’s interconnected walkways and terraces, emphasizes bringing people together with outdoor programming, exceptionally crafted residential, retailers, restaurants, and companies.
