Yates Construction along with representatives from Hilton, Tara Investments & The Mayor’s Office, broke ground today on the dual-branded Homewood Suites and Canopy by Hilton in the Gulch. Located at the corner of Division & Overton Streets, the project will include a 181-room Canopy and a 152-room Homewood Suites. Both hotels will share the address 910 Division Street.

Designed by ODA with interior design by Campbell House, the development will showcase the city’s first Canopy by Hilton, a vibrant boutique lifestyle hotel that provides an authentically local experience. The dual-branded hotel is also the first of its kind in The Gulch neighborhood. The site is developed on the former site of the Yazoo Brewing Company, with plans to bring the brand to the finished hotel project.
