900 at Cleveland Park is an upcoming affordable apartment community by affordable housing developer Dominium. The new 7-story development will offer 256 high-quality affordable residences. The project is situated at the border of the Cleveland Park neighborhood on the active Dickerson Pike transit corridor. The project address is 900 Dickerson Pike.

The new multifamily development is uniquely positioned to allow more Nashville residents to live, work, and benefit from the economic development activity at River North & the overall East Bank. TDOT in partnership with Nashville has plans to extend both Cleveland & Grace Streets both over and under interstate 24, connecting it to Cowan Street and River North. Additionally, there is a multimodal bridge as part of the River North Development which crosses the Cumberland River connecting it to Germantown.
There is a growing list of affordable & market-rate developments that are positioned to directly benefit from the economic development activity on the East Bank. Portions of Cleveland Park, McFerrin Park, Historic Edgefield, & Cayce Homes will border the future East Bank neighborhood; collectively noted as Near East Bank for a point of reference in this article. MDHA has a comprehensive plan to bring more affordable, attainable, and mixed income development to the area. This also includes prioritizing affordable housing opportunities in the future East Bank neighborhood. The map below provides a sample of development in Nashville’s East Bank and Near East Bank neighborhoods.

The 1st two levels along the front of the building act as a liner for the parking garage along Dickerson Pike.
