Trinity, LLC has confirmed that its planned mixed-use development, The Trinity, is still a go and progressing through permitting. The Trinity is the latest multifamily addition on West Trinity Lane in North Nashville. Situated at the corner of West Trinity and Free Silver Road, the property boasts more than 700 feet of street frontage. The project address is 625 West Trinity Lane.

The Trinity joins the ever-growing list of multifamily projects along West Trinity Lane. Moreover, it joins only a few medium to large projects which actually face the street providing much needed sidewalk activation. The property sold for $2.5 Million in the fall of 2021 nearly turn-key. According to Compass Real estate, the property was already approved for 70 units with 5,583 sq ft of commercial/retail space and 134 structured parking spaces. The property has also changed hands two other times selling for $12,500 in 2000 and again for $375,000 in 2017.
The project’s design continues to evolve as it progresses through the construction document phase. Below is a snapshot of the design progress from conceptual through design development. Here’s the quick rundown:

The ground floor facing West Trinity serves as a partial liner for the two-level parking structure. This level includes double height amenity & retail spaces and the building lobby. The retail space features a large plaza area potentially as the first outdoor seating area planned on West Trinity. The entrance into the parking garage is located on Free Silver Road.

The parking deck is capped by 3 levels of multifamily units which includes a mix of Studio, 1, 2, & 3-Bedroom residences. The units located above the garage liner have a patio which opens to the rooftop. There is also a larger common plaza there as well.

Overall site improvements include new tree-lined sidewalks, as well as buffer landscaping along the outdoor plaza areas. The project also includes a new public alley at the rear of the property. Although the alley appears to dead-end at the property line, it will likely serve as access for emergency vehicles, the rear garage entrance, and deliveries.
The property is zoned for non-owner occupied short term rentals, however, it has not been confirmed if they will be rental apartments or condos at this time. Stay tuned for more as the development progresses through the permitting phase.
