CA South has announced that it has topped-out at one of its new branded flexible living, hospitality-driven condominium concepts – The Moderenest Gulch View. Situated on the 8th Avenue Corridor, the new residences captures exceptional views of the Gulch, Downtown Nashville, and is a short walk to Central Wedgwood Houston. The developers, designers, and partners gathered for the topping out of the Modernest Gulch View at 1107 8th Avenue South.
Set for delivery in April 2027 and priced from the $500,000s, the Modernest Gulch View will bring 131 design-forward residences to one of Nashville’s fastest-growing urban neighborhoods. The project is part of the broader Modernest brand – a hospitality-inspired residential concept centered around flexible ownership, elevated amenities, and contemporary lifestyle living.
Designed with a modern architectural approach and a strong focus on wellness and hospitality, the Modernest Gulch View is expected to offer owners a highly amenitized experience with thoughtfully curated common spaces, fitness and wellness offerings, and flexible-use residences tailored to both full-time residents and investors seeking urban ownership that allows owners to rent for any length of time.
The event marked the completion of the building’s structural frame, with the final beam raised atop the seven-story development now taking shape just south of The Gulch. The project is being developed by CA South in collaboration with general contractor DeAngelis Diamond, local architect Comma Design Works, and design architect and interior designer Studio APA.
Construction is progressing steadily following the topping out milestone, with the project team now advancing exterior enclosure and interior systems installation as the building moves toward its anticipated Spring 2027 completion.
