Nashville-based Core Development ceremonially broke ground on its upcoming condo development – The Haysboro. Located in the Inglewood neighborhood of East Nashville, the project will bring 33 boutique condominium residences and 1,146 SF of retail with frontage along both Gallatin and Haysboro Avenues. The site is conveniently situated one block from Briley Parkway, giving future residents access to Downtown Nashville, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and the Airport. The site is commercially zoned, which allows residents short- term rental (STR) use by right. The project is located at 1090 Haysboro Avenue.

“The Haysboro brings much needed condo price points to Inglewood and is especially appealing to the remote worker who wants East Nashville as their home base but also needs the flexibility to rent their unit and provide additional income when they travel.”
Deborah Vahle Realtor, The City Living Group.

The retail space is brokered by Duane Roggendorff with Ojas Partners and is ideal for a retail/cafe tenant. The space anchors the prominent corner along Gallatin and Haysboro and spills over into the residential lobby and sidewalk seating. More importantly, this will give building residents and surrounding neighbors a new food and beverage option. Slide the images below for a closer look.

Designed by Pfeffer Torode Architecture, The Haysboro is comprised of thoughtfully designed one and two-bedroom flats as well as two-bedroom+ multi-level residences. The building features two amenity rooftop lounge areas facing either Gallatin Pike or Haysboro Ave and is activated by street level retail. The exterior is wrapped in a natural cored brick with detailed brick coursing. The green, brown, and gray accents will create an established and elevated aesthetic for years to come. There are also ground floor residences which have direct access to the street along Gallatin and Haysboro. Resident parking is located at the rear of the building.
“As a neighborhood resident, I am excited to see a design forward, pedestrian friendly condominium offering along the Gallatin Pike corridor. The Pfeffer Torode design team aimed to consider every detail. We are enthused for this simple yet striking building to take shape.”
David Brawner, Architect, Pfeffer Torode Architecture
